The Alabaster Jar implements a comprehensive operational framework spanning prevention, rescue, rehabilitation, and restoration. Our programs are designed to address every stage of a survivor's journey—from the moment of rescue through complete reintegration into society as thriving, self-sufficient individuals.

Program 1

Rescue & Recovery Operations

Goal: Partner with national and international stakeholders to identify, rescue, and protect victims of human trafficking through coordinated, trauma-informed interventions.

Rescue and Protection

Partnership Development

  • We develop and maintain MOUs with law enforcement, immigration, border patrol, and cybercrime units
  • We coordinate with U.S. agencies including FBI Human Trafficking Units and DHS
  • Build relationships with Royal Thai Police and Department of Special Investigation
  • We coordinate with Mexican and Colombian authorities as operations expand

Field Operations

  • We train and deploy on-the-ground teams for real-time rescue missions
  • We maintain standby rescue teams with 24/7 response capability
  • We provide specialized support during large-scale law enforcement operations
  • We deploy mobile response units for remote or underserved areas

Safe Housing Network

  • We establish and operate safe houses with international security standards
  • We partner with existing shelters in India, Colombia, and Mexico
  • We develop emergency placement protocols for immediate post-rescue housing
  • Create specialized housing for different populations (minors, men, families)

Rapid Recovery Protocol (72 Hours)

  • Immediate care kit including clothing, toiletries, and comfort items
  • Comprehensive medical examination and treatment
  • Psychological first aid from trained trauma counselors
  • Spiritual support, safety planning, and legal advocacy connection

Program 2

Restoration & Rehabilitation Services

Goal: Provide trauma-informed care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of survivors through evidence-based, holistic programming.

Therapeutic Services

  • Individual counseling using EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing
  • Group therapy for trauma bonding, complex PTSD, and healthy relationships
  • Art therapy, music therapy, and other expressive therapies
  • Faith-based counseling options for spiritual integration
  • Family therapy and reunification support when appropriate

Spiritual Care Programs

  • Spiritual retreats centered on healing and identity in Christ
  • Bible study groups and discipleship programs
  • Worship gatherings and prayer ministry
  • Spiritual mentorship pairing survivors with trained mentors
  • Interfaith accommodation for different faith backgrounds

Healthcare Services

  • Comprehensive physical health assessments and ongoing care

Transitional Housing Program

  • Phase 1: High-support residential with 24/7 staffing
